Cerebric recommends seeking consent from your patients. We provide information sheets and written consent forms as optional material for you to use. However, as we service clinics globally, there are jurisdictions where consent to use a product like Cerebric is not mandated, and therefore some clinicians may choose not to obtain formal consent.
Regarding patient confidentiality, Cerebric is built to be as medically compliant as any other tool you use daily (e.g., your EHR/PMS). We de-identify data, use encryption in transit and at rest, and comply with GDPR and other relevant data protection requirements.
For more detailed information about our privacy policy, please visit our Privacy Policy page.
If you have any questions regarding patient consent, please reach out to us at support@cerebric.io.
"I use a software tool called Cerebric to streamline my medical note-taking process. This allows me to focus more on your care and less on documentation. Cerebric will convert our conversation into a summary, which I will review and edit for accuracy. The tool will access our conversation's audio during the visit, but this will not be saved or used further. Your medical information remains private and will only be shared with those you authorize. Do you consent to the use of this tool during our current and future visits?"
