Your Consent and Choices
Your clinician is responsible for discussing the use of Cerebric with you and obtaining your consent before using it during your consultation or to process your information. You always have the right to:

Withdraw your consent for the use of Cerebric at any time by informing your clinician.

Who Has Access to My Information?

Your Healthcare Provider & Clinic: Your clinician and other authorised healthcare professionals at their clinic who are involved in your care will have access to your information as documented using Cerebric. They are the Data Controllers for your health records.
Cerebric Ltd: We act as a Data Processor for your clinic. This means we provide and maintain the secure Cerebric platform. Our authorised technical staff may have strictly controlled, logged, and monitored access to the system only when necessary for essential support, maintenance (e.g., to resolve a technical issue), or to ensure the security of the platform. This access is governed by strict confidentiality agreements and technical controls.
No Sale to Third Parties: We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Compliance: We are fully compliant with UK data protection regulations, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and adhere to NHS data security standards applicable to processors.

Ensure consistency and quality in your clinical documentation.
The primary goal is to support your clinician by reducing administrative tasks, allowing them more time to focus directly on your care.
Your data is not used by Cerebric for any other purposes, such as marketing directly to you. It is not used for training our general AI models outside of the specific, secure service provided to your clinic, unless your clinic (as Data Controller) has explicitly agreed to this under strict contractual safeguards and with appropriate anonymisation or your explicit consent for such specific research or development purposes (managed by your clinic).
