Powering the UK's most efficient NHS Right To Choose providers

Product

One platform for the entire neurodevelopmental pathway

Cerebric accelerates ADHD and autism services end to end, from the moment a referral arrives to ongoing treatment. Four pillars, delivered as a standalone system or integrated into your existing stack.

Onboarding & Screening

Self-guided patient onboarding that turns a referral pile into a screened caseload.

Secure patient portal
Patients self-register with your service and upload relevant files: no admin data entry.
Accessible by design
Designed to be usable by patients with a wide range of access needs, including cognitive and learning differences, so they can complete onboarding themselves. Accessibility guidance such as WCAG and COGA shapes how we build it.
Questionnaires scored automatically
Digital patient and informant questionnaires are sent, chased and scored automatically, with self, parent, teacher and GP versions.
Guided screening, staff in the loop
Screening rules your team defines route each patient and surface high-risk presentations. Cerebric organises everything on each patient, so your team reviews and approves in one click.

AI Report Generation

Full reports drafted from every source you hold, and every sentence traceable back to its evidence.

Quality first, neuro-affirming
Reports follow NICE guidelines and your clinic's templates, capturing accurate detail across documents up to 40 pages, not a one-page scribe summary. Language is neuro-affirming out of the box.
Multi-source, fully traceable
Drafts draw on pre-assessment information, questionnaire scores and transcripts, and every claim links back to its source: a transcript line with timestamp, a questionnaire item, a document.
Clinician-led, always
Cerebric drafts and organises documentation; it does not interpret evidence or make the diagnosis. The clinician reaches every clinical decision and signs the report.

Drafting…
Introduction

Sam Martin, an 8-year-old boy, was referred for a comprehensive diagnostic assessment by his parents, Nora and Peter Martin.1 The referral was prompted by longstanding concerns regarding Sam’s attention, impulsivity, and difficulty sitting still at home and in school.2 His parents are seeking to understand the nature of his challenges to better advocate for his needs at home and in school, and to provide him with appropriate support for his emotional well-being.3

Treatment & Titration

The pathway doesn't end at diagnosis. Cerebric carries patients through treatment with the documentation done.

Documentation automated
Shared care agreements, session notes and a complete record of the titration journey are drafted and filed as treatment progresses.
Patient monthly monitoring
Patients submit blood pressure, weight and side-effect readings through their own portal: no chasing by phone.
Titration timeline
Each titration step is tracked on the patient record, from treatment initiation through to ongoing care.

AI receptionist

Your phone line, answered. Cerebric picks up routine calls, books and moves appointments, and keeps families informed, so your front desk isn’t tied to the handset.

Booking and rescheduling
Callers book, move or cancel against live clinician availability. The confirmation goes out and the diary updates while they’re still on the call.
Status questions, answered
Where the assessment has got to, whether a questionnaire has landed, when the appointment is: the calls that fill your front desk’s morning, handled against the live record.
Escalates, never improvises
It handles administration and nothing else. Anything clinical, safeguarding-related or simply unexpected transfers to your team with a summary of the call.

For neurodevelopmental care, Cerebric goes where generalist scribes stop

Ambient scribes summarise a consultation. A neurodevelopmental assessment needs a full, evidenced report, and a pathway around it.

Product questions

Can we use Cerebric as modules or does it have to replace our EHR?

Both. Modules can be delivered as a standalone system or integrated into your existing stack. Many clinics run Cerebric alongside an EHR and adopt more of the pathway over time.

Which assessments does Cerebric support?

ADHD and autism assessment pathways for children and adults, including DIVA-5 and ADOS/ADIR-based assessments, with patient and informant questionnaires scored automatically and reports tailored to your templates.

How do clinicians verify AI-drafted reports?

Every sentence in a Cerebric draft carries a citation to its source: a transcript line with timestamp, a questionnaire answer, or a document. Clinicians review the report in Split View, with the evidence alongside the text, before signing.

Does the AI receptionist give clinical advice?

No. It handles administrative calls only: booking, moving and cancelling appointments, and questions about where an assessment is up to. Anything clinical, safeguarding-related or unexpected is transferred to your team with a summary of the call.

Is Cerebric a medical device?

Yes. Cerebric is a registered UKCA Class I medical device, and holds NHS DSPT (Standards Exceeded), DTAC, DCB0129 and Cyber Essentials Plus.
